  If I could give this 0 stars I would! What kind of funeral home cold calls people about the business of a funeral home?! Not to mention calling people at their work on company phones hoping to "catch you as you're walking out the door"! Very unprofesional and unsettling that a place that is supposed to show utmost respect would be so insensitive to others!

  I wish I could give a negative 10 review. Horribly unprofessional, rude and uncaring. Couldn't get my Moms head on her pillow, was told she was too big!!! Overheard at cemetery that this is "going be a heavy one"!! , by their staff.
  Her body was left with bloody hospital bands on. And Lord knows what they did when we weren't there.
  It's been years and I still cry thinking her remains were handled by these rude monsters.
  Nothing can be done, she's dead and buried but I'll always have these people to thank for the nightmares I'll have for the rest of my life.

  Their service was top notch. Just had my mother's funeral last week and I could not have been more impressed. Bill and James were superb (and I know that I can be high maintenance), but I wanted my Mom's funeral to be perfect and they helped make it that way. They came across as so genuine and caring. Highly recommend.

  I can't even begin to say how much Lloyd James means to our family. Over the years we have had several funerals for our loved ones here. My Dad, My grandmother, my mother in law, and my sister in law. Cameron and the entire staff was amazing. I can't put into words my true feelings about Lloyd James. If you ever need them, you will understand exactly what I am trying to say.
