  The owner of this funeral is completely unprofessional is his approach to handling families in a time of grief. He bullies and threatens to refuse service once he has your family in his facilities.
  
  When an individual starts with "Let me tell you something or "How dare you", you know there is pure evil in his heart. A complete lack of passion for people who are dealing with a recent death. Oh, lets not even go into being hung up on.
  
  Sir, the world does not revolve around you. This is about providing a service. I pray that your family does not have to deal with an individual such as yourself upon your death.
